The new SUPER D.E.E. automatically prevents the distillation from starting again after the stop is reached, warns if the drainage or polycarbonate safety covers are open, and enables the user to select the language displayed: English, French, Italian, or Spanish. The new SUPER D.E.E. also features alcoholic strength distillation in just 3 - 4 minutes, volatile acidity distillation in just 6 - 7 minutes, and regulation and tare of the balance with great accuracy. The steam generator is fully integrated into the instrument and can be directly connected to a tap water supply. The filter (100 liter life) is interchangeable directly by the user (approx. 400 volatile acidity distillations) - spare filters available upon request. The unit features a robust external stainless steel (AISI 316) structure and polycarbonate protection cover with vertical slip. Phial (bulb glass) has greater drainage to distill dregs and marcs. Flask hang up system is rapid and easy to use. It will stop the unit and activate an alarm if flask is missing. Unit comes complete with sprinkler set with flow regulator to rinse the phial, water inlet magnetic filter to block heavy particles, and automatic stop of the instrument after distillation.
